What do we expect you to bring?

·  Minimum bachelor's degree in related disciplines,
·  Minimum 2 years of experience in bancassurance field,
·  Advanced level of knowledge in using MS Office programs and similar tools,
·  Excellent communication, presentation skills, both in English,
·  Strong communication, organization, managerial and problem solving skills, having, an analytical mindset, effective in time management,

 

How can you make an impact?

·  Following the necessary systemic developments of the programs included in the bancassurance strategic road map and transformation agenda,
·  Examine the project analysis documents and ensure that the necessary feedback is given to the relevant units,
·  Ensuring follow-up and coordination of software development testing processes,
·  Evaluating bancassurance business processes together with bank channel management, bancassurance business development and internal units, identifying areas of systemic improvement and development, and acting as a bridge between the software developer and the user,
·  Providing problem solving support with IT teams regarding the projects you are responsible for,
·  Coordinating the relevant departments to take action and following the solution process for IT-related errors affecting the bancassurance channel in banks and financial institutions' reconciliation, collection, renewal, production, etc. processes,
