The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate the Consumer roadmap of strategic initiatives, leading the planning, prioritization, implementation, and changes to ensure the successful embedment into frontline teams.
About the role
· Collaborating with Consumer Senior Leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver Consumer programs focused on achieving strategic priorities, while ensuring change management plans and communication strategies for all initiatives are well defined and executed.
· Developing and maintaining a consistent project and change management framework that delivers a single coordinated Consumer project pipeline and change management plan.
· Managing the impact assessment and implementation of changes to frontline teams within Consumer to ensure the efficient and effective embedment of change.
· Facilitating team engagement, ensuring all change management and continuous improvement activities align with learning and development, business performance reporting, and workforce planning disciplines.
· Providing project delivery leadership and advice, engaging across Consumer divisions to accelerate the delivery of initiatives.
· Advocating and negotiating at a senior level with stakeholders to ensure the customer perspective is at the forefront of design thinking.
· Understanding the objectives of each Consumer Initiative Request (IR), determining their respective importance, and actively influencing technology to ensure the delivery of Consumer priorities.
· Working closely with the Project Integration Managers for the Consumer divisions to ensure alignment of activities, including status reporting and communications.
About you
· Experienced program manager experience in the management and delivery of programs or multiple projects within financial services will be highly regarded.
· Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and delivering in Agile ways of working highly desirable
· Transformation experience into Contact Centres highly desirable
· Sound understanding of project governance and project management methodologies. Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Project Management or Project Support roles
· Strong working knowledge of Contact Centre infrastructure and industry.
· Exceptional ability to plan and prioritize effectively, organize tasks, and manage competing resources and demands.
· Proven capability to manage change through the initiation and promotion of organizational transformation, leveraging effective process, collaboration, and communication to foster commitment and participation.
· Expert financial management skills with the ability to articulate financial benefits and project implementation costs.
· Highly developed consulting and influencing skills, demonstrating the ability to co-create strategy and valuable analytical solutions with senior business stakeholders.
· Proven ability to identify, analyse, and assess inherent business risks and implement controls/actions to manage future sustainability.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
