Provide good customer service as the first line of contact with after sale service. Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database.

 

Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

·  Answer calls and respond to emails
·  Provide customers with product and service information
·  Handling customer enquiries and solving problems concerning company services and products
·  Update existing customer information
·  Process of claim services
·  Route calls to appropriate team
·  Follow up customer calls untill completion and the members are always informed of the progress .

 

Must Have

·  Bachelor degree or higher level in related fields
·  Preferably 2-3 years experiences in service industry.
·  Good communication and telephone skills (listening, comprehension, explaining)
·  Good written and verbal skills in both Thai and English.
·  Able to work under pressure.
