The purpose of this role is to lead a team of skilled digital analytics specialists in developing and embedding a measurement framework for digital customer journeys, generating deep insights and identifying opportunities to optimise and personalise the customer experience. The role involves overseeing continual discovery work, ensuring consistent metrics are applied over time to assess onsite digital experience and performance. Additionally, the role manages the governance of the measurement framework.

 

About the role

 

  • Manage digital analytics tools and develop associated processes to measure and monitor Allianz and partner website experiences.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of the measurement framework and ensuring consistent application across digital assets and reporting.
  • Lead and coach team members to build a high performance team.
  • Oversee end-to-end analysis of customer journeys using a range of digital analytics tools to identify insights and recommendations for customer experience optimisation.
  • Oversee digital data requirements for customer journeys with technical implementation teams to ensure sufficient digital experience data points are captured to feed the measurement framework.
  • Lead the reporting on the effectiveness of customer journeys and collaborate across Allianz to identify and implement opportunities for optimisation.
  • Manage team resources, including estimates, workload, and prioritisation to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Initiating new ideas to further improve customer experience and journey performance.

 

About you

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or similar
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with Adobe or similar MarTech systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools within financial services is highly regarded.
  • Extensive digital analytics skills with the ability to pull out key data sets and report on trends, conversions and engagement rates.
  • Experience as a people leader of technical teams.
  • Experience with website design, information architecture, page layouts, and customer journey reporting.
  • Demonstrated understanding of web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, server-side scripting, web servers, log files, etc.
  • Experience delivering projects using agile methodologies.
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
