Responsibilities:
· Design, Implement, and Operate Digital Products: Lead your team in the design, implementation, and operation of cutting-edge digital solutions.
· Agile Development: Collaborate with your team to implement user stories according to the "Definition of Done" within an agile framework.
· Structured Analysis and Clean Code: Conduct thorough analyses, contribute to architectural discussions, and ensure code quality and maintainability.
· Non-Functional Requirements: Implement and uphold standards for IT security, operability, stability, expandability, and other non-functional requirements.
· Application Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications.
Technical Skills:
· Education: Degree in (Business) Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
· Experience in OOP and Responsive Development: Several years of professional experience with Java and TypeScript.
· Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in Angular, HTML5, TypeScript, CSS, Jest, and Cypress/Playwright.
· Backend Technologies: Expertise in SpringBoot, REST/HTTP Services, Junit/Mockito, Lombok, Java Data-Binding Frameworks (e.g., JPA, Hibernate, DBI), Gradle/Maven, Swagger/OpenAPI, JSON, CQRS/Event-Sourcing, H2, SQL, JCE/Bouncycastle.
· DevOps: Experience with Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
· Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with current cloud technologies is a plus.
· Databases and SQL: Experience with databases and SQL is desirable.
· Monitoring Tools: Ideally, experience with Dynatrace, Grafana, or Prometheus.
· Insurance Industry Experience: Experience in the insurance field is advantageous.
Methodological Skills:
· CI/CD: Strong knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices.
· DevOps Mindset: Embrace a DevOps culture, taking full responsibility for your work from development to deployment.
· Agile Development Methods: Proficiency with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
· Toolset Proficiency: Skilled in using Java & IntelliJ, Apache Maven, Gradle, Git, GitHub, PostgreSQL/AWS Aurora, AWS, RDS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, DbVisualizer, Jira, SonarQube, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
