The role
We are looking for a driven and dedicated Senior Case Manager to join our NSW team. As a Senior Case Manager, you will be responsible for returning people back to work and heath utilising your Workers Compensation knowledge and experience coupled with your empathy and passion, as well as developing strong relationships with key stakeholders. This is a permanent, full-time role.
You'll be responsible for
· Managing a diverse portfolio of claims for corporate clients.
· Working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders meeting Allianz’s service principles.
· Determining liability and timely assessment of treatment requests.
· Appropriately documenting claims decisions.
· Developing and implementing claims strategies that deliver positive and sustainable outcomes.
About you
· Experience as a Workers Compensation Case Manager or other personal injury lines.
· You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a customer focused approach.
· You have the ability to handle difficult situations and whilst resolving complex situations in a timely manner.
· You are proactive with the drive to learn and develop skills.
· You have excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt when changes occur.
