Business Transformation (BT) is responsible for driving simplicity and customer-centricity across all countries and insurance lines of business. The Business Master Platform (BMP) is the future Allianz-wide IT ecosystem for Insurance. It provides the full breadth of solutions for the Operating Entities (Oes): from product design, the operations of the Retail and the Commercial businesses, as well as Sales and Claims, striving for harmonization, scalability, and modularization. The team also fosters transformation and innovation topics, making Allianz even more customer-centric, digital, and competitive. What will make you succeed in this position?
· Broad understanding of insurance products and related sales journeys
· In-depth knowledge of Salesforce and products provided by Salesforce with a minimum of 5 years of working with Salesforce.
· Very good project management skills to lead topics independently.
· Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Underwriting, Insurance, Business Development, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is essential.
· Open mindset & team player with the ability to work in cross-functional, international teams
· High level of cultural awareness
· Knowledge/Experience of the other CRM systems would be beneficial but not essential
· Creative and self-motivated individual comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize workloads and juggle multiple deadlines
· Ability to work with MS PowerPoint, MS Teams; practical skill with additional tools of advantage.
· Experience and strong ability to interact with diverse, internal and external stakeholders at senior levels in an international environment and to develop strong working relationships with key partners
Your mission in the role will be:
· Co-develop and co-implement a strategy for how Salesforce can best be utilized within the organization. This includes identifying opportunities to leverage Salesforce to meet business objectives.
· Understand and document current business processes and workflows. Identify areas for improvement and redesign processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
· Co-Lead Salesforce-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time including planning, coordinating resources, and monitoring project progress.
· Work closely with various business units to understand their needs and challenges. Conduct best practice sharing sessions, training and provide support to Salesforce end-users, ensuring effective use of the platform.
· Manage relationships with Salesforce vendors and consultants. Ensure the services they provide align with the company's business needs and objectives.
· Stay current with Salesforce updates and new technologies and ensure that the company's Salesforce environment remains in alignment with these updates.
· Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders within Allianz SE, across local Allianz entities and with external providers.
