About the Job  

 

The tribe Sales Steering is the single (data) point of truth for steering the sales activities of Allianz on the German market. It is our mission to meet the changing requirements of steering sales activities by providing modern, harmonized, user-friendly and digital solutions. Thereby, individual sales targets can be reached efficiently.

The position is part of an agile product team within the tribe sales steering. The product team in which the position is situated has had German-speaking team members only up to now. Therefore spoken language has been German. There will have to be mutual efforts to communicate in English, also using translation tools.

 The tribe belongs to Allianz Kunde und Markt GmbH. The chapter sales steering which is part of Allianz Technology is where the position is anchored functionally.

 

 

What you do

· 
·  Implementation of changes and release upgrades
·  Ongoing operation of the application including problem management, bug fixing
·  Salesforce-Org (database)
·  Salesforce-Frontend: Reports, Graphic User Interface (GUI)
·  Analysis, conception, design, realization of technical requirements for the application
·  Assessment of the feasibility of technical requirements and adjustments to the application architecture

 

 

What you bring

·  Knowledge of Sales-Org (zu bestätigen durch Bennett)
·  Salesforce Certifications: Possession of Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or other relevant certifications.
·  Proficiency in Salesforce Development: Experience in developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning and Tableau CRM components, and other relevant technologies.
·  Salesforce Configuration: Ability to configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, workflows, process builder, recipes and validation rules.
·  Integration Skills: Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and knowledge of middleware tools like Dataloader or Informatica.
·  Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce applications.
·  Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices and experience working in Agile teams for Salesforce development projects.
·  Communication Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide technical guidance.
·  Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure the development of efficient and scalable solutions.
·  Language: German highly welcome. Obligatory: English C1
·  Willingness to come to Munich 3-4 times a year / 6 days a year
·  Willingness to accept extended working hours for major releases (overtime, on-call times)
