- Collate data for reporting in a timely, accurate and insightful manner.
- Manipulation of sales data and run regular and ad-hoc reporting for optimisation of insights to both internal and external parties
- Preparation of content, presentations and collating business information for proposals
- Liase with the account management team in resolving Partner concerns and complaints
- Working with business to understand, resolve and develop solutions to address underlying issues and opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to understand trends and opportunities within our sales pipeline to improve the communication back to the business.
- Coordination of contract execution of Sales through the business using our internal CRM
- Support in the distribution of partner communications.
- Participation in the closure of the Sales compliance issues
- General day-to-day support for external partners, the sales leadreship team, Strategic Account Managers and the wider Sales & Distribution team with enquiries
- Identifying efficiency gains and streamline process improvements
- Key stakeholders – Global Management, GM, SAM, Engagement, BD, Marketing – Sales analyst‘s are the glue that hold the team together in working with Operations in contact Centre, Claims, OM, Finance and BI
