We are announcing an opening for the following position in our Budapest Office with home office opportunities:
Retention Specialist
What you do:
· Drive initiatives to reduce churn and improve customer retention.
· Help shape and refine XY’s Growth strategy, focusing on cross-sell opportunities, customer satisfaction (recommendations), and retention while minimizing churn.
· Plan, execute, and optimize both one-time actions and recurring campaigns, overseeing project management, briefing, implementation, and performance reporting.
· Enhance the customer retention journey by improving triggers, targeting strategies, and content personalization for different user segments.
· Develop and implement automated workflows and triggers to elevate the customer experience using a data-driven approach.
· Collaborate with data analysts to test, learn, and iterate on campaigns, and work closely with stakeholders such as Contact Center, Product, and Sales teams to launch initiatives that drive key metrics.
· Identify segmentation opportunities and tailor content based on user behaviors and preferences.
· Continuously test, optimize, and automate retention efforts (e.g., CC save desk, pricing/discount models, automated eDM communication) to ensure relevant, engaging messaging.
What you bring:
· 3-5+ years of experience in retention or customer lifecycle management, ideally within B2C companies. Experience managing projects end-to-end is highly valued.
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like MS Power BI, and experience in forming hypotheses and running experiments.
· Basic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPT
· A track record of successful collaboration with Call Centers, Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance teams, developers, and analysts to execute impactful initiatives.
· Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to owning and driving projects.
