What you do

 

·  Gather and interpret data from various sources to assess the performance of initiatives. This includes both quantitative and qualitative data.
·  Create detailed reports and presentations that communicate the outcomes and impact of initiatives to stakeholders at all levels
·  Monitor the progress of company's initiatives over time, providing assistance to enhance impact and overcome challenge
·  Evaluate the results of company's initiatives gathering and sharing insights
·  Work closely with OEs to identify improvement areas aligned with the company strategy and develop compelling business cases
·  Drive company's initiatives supporting the OEs in the implementation
·  Establish robust relationships to become a trusted advisor on specific company's initiatives

 

 

What you bring

 

·  Proficient level with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and power point.
·  Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.The ability to analyze complex business situations, identify opportunities, and build compelling business cases.
·  The capability to effectively convey the content and importance of initiatives to OEs and other stakeholders in English.
·  The capability to adapt to changing circumstances, overcome challenges, and provide assistance to enhance the impact of company's initiatives. 
·  Data analysis and evaluation skills.
·  A solid background in business, preferably with experience in areas such as strategy, operations, or project management.
