You will be responsible for supporting more senior Remediation Analysts and collaborating with business leaders, key stakeholders, and partners to effectively develop and execute remediation plans as a result of system or process deficiencies. 

 

What you do:

·  Handle objections and find resolutions to critical client-facing issues. Ability to work with efficiency, and quality while handling multiple accommodation requests.
·  Apply working knowledge of products, systems, processes, and risk tolerance to identify, develop and implement solutions to mitigate financial, reputational, and operational risk.
·  Ability to spot trends and analyze root cause of reoccurring problems. Continually recommend process improvement to close gaps within operations and enhance overall customer experience.
·  Demonstrate clear communication to both internal and external parties. This includes setting expectations with customers, relaying proper approvals for processing requests, and presenting cases to key business unit stake holders. 
·  Develop or maintain remediation documentation through data management, deliver remediation related training, provide subject matter and technical expertise to support process owners and other personnel as needed.
·  Participate in key initiatives and special projects as assigned. May provide coaching, mentoring, and work direction to more junior staff. Support more senior staff.

 

What you bring:

·  2 or more years of experience required: Experience working with life and/or annuity products; proven ability to problem solve and analyze trends.
·  High school diploma required

 

Associate Level Base Salary Range: $47,000 - $94,000 

Analyst Level Base Salary Range: $57,000 - $114,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
