About the Job
Join our dynamic recruitment team as a Recruiter Intern, where you'll gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process for a leading global IT service provider. This position offers the opportunity to support various recruitment activities and projects, helping to attract top talent and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
What you do
- Support the screening and evaluation of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist in the preparation and posting of job advertisements.
- Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to represent Allianz Technology.
What you bring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish at a C1 level.
- Previous experience in the field is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
