Quantitative Research Intern (f/m)

Job description

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

We are looking for an intern with a background in mathematics, statistics, finance or economics, and strong programming skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support our Economic Scenario Generation team. Tasks will include empirical and theoretical research and development in the context of monte carlo simulation, asset class and risk factor modeling. Also, you will be involved in other projects and get an overview of the different activities within the team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a student of a quantitative discipline like financial or business mathematics, statistics, econometrics, or economics. Ideally, you have received your bachelor degree or pre-diploma from a leading university and have first experience in financial markets and financial modeling, statistics or econometrics. Good working knowledge and practical experience in programming in R, Matlab, C# or a similar language is required. Please note that the enrolment at a university (student status) is a prerequisite for this position.
