Quality Analyst Associate/Quality Analyst | Hybrid

Job description

You will collaborate with business leaders and important partners to identify and deliver regular transactional reviews and reporting on business-critical measurements that improve CAO quality. You may lead small-scale projects and may partner with more senior analysts on medium to complex projects. You will report to the Operations Senior Manager.

 

What you do:

  • Participate in partnering with assigned business area(s) to define important process ownership, and align quality metrics with our goals, processes and risks to improve value of information reported.
  • Help develop clear performance measurements that are aligned with the customer. Collect data to report quality metrics by business capability and process. Provide ongoing support, communication and training to vendor partners.
  • Be an interface between assigned business area(s) and defined customer(s) to identify gaps in the processes that affect quality, while providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform/Contribute to regular transactional reviews and provide ongoing analysis of measurements for quality. Participate in discussions with leadership regarding findings, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a solid Controls framework through oversight, monitoring, assessing risks, and validating results.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned. Provide subject matter and technical expertise to the support process owners.
  • Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).

 

 

What you bring:

  • 1 or more years experience required: Strong analytical skills; experience in process documentation and measurement; MS Excel and Powerpoint skills; knowledge of basic project management practices
  • Two-year degree required or equivalent work experience
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship.

 

Quality Analyst Associate Base Salary Range $33,000 - $74,000

Quality Analyst Base Salary Range $42,000 - $88,000

 

Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
