Job description

- Evaluate and approve new registrations based on the structure presented by the Service

Providers (VISP) in order to guarantee the quality of the service structure.

 

- Receive and validate documentation and contracts from new and current service providers for

inclusion in the system.

 

- Manage medical providers.

 

- Visits to large providers for negotiations regarding financial goals, network growth and projects.

 

- Frequent national and international meetings, online or in person, with providers who already

work with direct billing, but also with potential new providers, both providers who work for local

clients and providers who work for international contracts.

 

- Development of PowerPoint, Word and Excel templates to provide online or in-person training for

service providers, both for new contracts and for maintaining partnerships already established.

 

- Management and analysis of complaints regarding services provided by suppliers to maintain

quality.

 

- Frequent participation in international meetings with support areas, together with managers and

directors, on topics such as global projects, targeting results and objectives to be prioritized.

 

- Negotiation of national medical and hospital price lists based on internal studies and analyses

and market information (ANS).

 

- Analysis and comparison of new items in the list using benchmarks to ensure assertiveness in

negotiations.

 

- Focus on ensuring economic savings through assessment of medical audits, negotiations of

specific discounts, negotiations of contract tables and negotiations of adjustments.

 

Desirable knowledge of:

- Brazilian Medical Table Handling Regulation Practices – CBHPM, AMB, SBH, TUSS, Simpro,

Brasíndice;

- Experience in relationship with Medical Network management (health sector).

 

- Mandatory: Advanced English.

 

- Complete Higher Education.
