Protection & Resilience Coordinator

Job description

The Customer Resilience Coordinator (CRC) role manages Protection and Resilience Customer Demand and coordinates this demand within the Allianz Technology organisation.

 

You will: 

·  Shall be responsible for oversight of the related ISMS activities, risk identification and assessment, prevention, and advice for the Information Security Risk areas: of the local Allianz Technology and the services provided by the local Allianz Technology to its customers.
·  Shall be responsible for the effective implementation of Allianz Technology’s Information Security principles. This includes promptly reporting to the IS Function matters that potentially have an impact on Allianz’s reputation.
·  For Global Lines with existing Business Units ( AZ Partners)
          • Act as a single point of contact for customer resilience requirements.
          • Coordinate and consolidate OE’s ITSCM requirements with Allianz Technology P&R organization. Streamline requests and communication in both directions.
          • Ensure that customers’ expectations are aligned with Service Managers/Owners.
          • Consolidate IT DR plan requests with the IT Service Owners and coordinate OE needs with the Entity Resilience Officers.
          • Identify customer specific IT DR test needs.
          • Liaise with other Central Security Departments on overarching topics.

 

Your skills: 

▪ 3 + years of Professional experience in IT Service Continuity Management, IT Disaster Recovery or other relevant discipline.

▪ Excellent verbal, and written communication and interpersonal skills.

▪ Collaboration and influencing skills, ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to effectively manage risks, implement controls and address incidents.

▪ Confidence to interact and present to senior management.

▪ Basic risk management capabilities and an understanding of operational and enterprise risk.

▪ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, organized and results-focused.

▪ Basic knowledge and understanding of relevant local and international regulatory environment and standards such as: DORA, ISO Standards, ITIL, COBIT etc.

▪ Robust knowledge and experience in project management.
