Job description
As a Global Network Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our network management processes across various business units. You will lead initiatives that enhance performance, optimize operations, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
What you do
- Lead and Innovate: Drive Network Management projects focused on RSA and Mobility topics, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with central and local departments, including Global Operations, Procurement, and Underwriting, to achieve project success and foster best practices.
- Transform and Improve: Lead the transformation of RSA Network Management, defining target models and implementing new network models such as franchising and provider marketplaces.
- Monitor and Optimize: Track project progress, manage KPIs, and ensure project documentation is up-to-date, contributing to continuous improvement in network performance and quality.
- Communicate and Engage: Serve as the preferred point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across departments.
What you bring
- Expertise in Network Management: Strong understanding of network management principles and the ability to optimize performance.
- Project Management Skills: Proven experience in planning and executing network-related projects, including system upgrades and integrations.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with assistance technologies and platforms, including telecommunication systems and customer support tools.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards, such as GDPR and data privacy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
