JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the PMs for the specific country projects:
- to organize and deliver the Win10 AVC solution for Allianz customers.
- to liaise with OE/Customer for application status
- to oversee the smooth functioning of every rollout/migration
Create, maintain, update and present relevant documentation:
- Support PMs to create management, internal project and customer facing reports on migration progress (e.g. PowerPoint presentations)
- Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Support on administrative tasks on Allianz internal software for the rollout team
- Create and maintain application, action and defect lists

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Proficient English is mandatory. German is not necessary, only a bonus
MS-Office knowledge required (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Basic project management knowledge and experience is an added advantage
Interest in topics at the interface of business and IT
You can start from January 2020 onwards and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - as a working student - part time (16-20 h/week)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

What do we offer you?
An attractive monthly salary of 1650 € for internships. Working students on a full-time basis (38 hours per week ) will be paid 1700 € for Bachelor students and 1900 € for Master students. Working student take home salaries will depend upon the agreed working hours.
