Job description
We are looking for a temporary Service Delivery Analyst, based in Wallisellen, Zurich, for a 6-10 month temporary maternity cover contract.

The Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) line of business of Allianz Commercial creates innovative tailored structured insurance, captive reinsurance, and other non-traditional risk management solutions for a wide range of corporate and financial clients globally. We specialize in helping our customers mitigate their most complex risks with bespoke multi-year and multi-line agreements covering a broad range of risks, leveraging our expertise in alternative risk transfer and the global capabilities of the Allianz Group.
The Impact You Will Have
The Service Delivery Analyst oversees a portfolio of bound transactions within Allianz Commercial's ART LoB, which focuses on innovative insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include monitoring contractual features, coordinating with teams such as Underwriting, Claims, and Finance, and ensuring accurate systems entry and policy administration.
The role also involves supporting portfolio-level oversight, including review cycles and monitoring impacts on profit and loss statements. The Analyst is expected to proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall team efficiency and effectiveness.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
Oversight of Assigned Portfolio
Manage a portfolio of bound transactions and oversee onboarding of new transactions.
Take ownership of team processes, ensuring monitoring and adaptation to evolving needs.
Coordination with Stakeholders
Collaborate with underwriters, finance, and claims colleagues for effective deal management.
Maintain timely communication with brokers and clients, supporting Credit Control as needed.
Policy & Documentation Management
Perform KYC for new transactional counterparties and ensure accurate binding activities.
Execute administrative tasks, including policy documentation, invoices, and system updates.
Support cash management and tracking activities across functions.
Quarterly Reviews & Controls
Prepare and execute quarterly controls for assigned portfolios, resolving outstanding items proactively.
Project Support
Independently manage and contribute to assigned projects.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
3+ years in insurance operations or insurance accounting/finance with intermediate knowledge of underwriting, insurance operations, and finance.
High affinity for digital topics and advanced technology use in Deal Services and Insurance Operations, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Experience in underwriting operations and support tools, including document management, tracking, early warning systems, and system entry recording.
Strong data protection knowledge, particularly in information acquisition and transfer, alongside knowledge of applicable laws and jurisdiction.
Proven problem-solving, analytical, and task management skills, with creativity and reliability in handling complex tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, influencing, relationship management, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
Proactive and adaptable approach, with a focus on continuous learning, collaboration at all levels, and customer/service orientation.
