JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Communication and coordination skills will be very important while supporting the yearly PIC budget process with business functions, Regions, Business Change Partners (BCPs), Group Ops&IT and Group Finance.

Your responsibility will require common sense, curiosity and capacity to grasp the larger picture with limited supply of information. You will be required to clarify how a given initiative fits – or not – into Euler Hermes overall strategy in terms of content, financials and technical solutions to provide the Board of Management with the necessary elements to take the investment decision.

Tact and empathy, combined with the ability to step back and summarize a situation will be needed to control carefully project portfolio execution and provide insights both to project managers and Group BCPs.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Key experience required

Must have:

- 2- 4 years of professional experience
- Experience in business cases- and business requirement- analysis

Preferred:

- Experience in projects portfolio management
- Previous experience within EH, or within the credit insurance industry

• Key skills & knowledge required

Must have:

- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficient in English, another language is a plus
- Eager to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
- A combination of business, finance and IT acumen, or a taste to learn those dimensions
- Ability to rally, liaise, coordinate, collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good communication skills
- Confidence to challenge when necessary
- Results oriented
- Flexible
- Autonomous
- Team player

Preferred:

- Experience with SAP
- Project management know-how
