Job description
The position is in the Global Brand Experience & Product Management team, part of the Group Marketing at Allianz Trade. This team is responsible for Product Management from a Product Marketing perspective. That is: Development of Go-To-Market-Strategies, Identification of Market dynamics or Adaptation of services and products to customer needs.
Main Tasks :
You will be considered as a full team member from day one. Your main missions will include:
- Taking part in managing product requirements with different internal stakeholders
- Taking part in the development of Go To Market Strategies for new product launches
- Monitoring customer satisfaction
- Analysising of customer feedback, supported by the current AI agent (to be managed and enhanced), to identify key insights adn translate them into specific action points
- Research on product marketing topics in full autonomy
- Competitor research in full autonomy
- Support on change management for customers & brokers according to the development of the front portal
- Support on operational tasks (reporting, presentation,...) & propose solutions for encountered challenges
We will of course help you to develop your individual skill set to accomplish the above mentioned tasks and make sure that you and we get the most out of the internship.
Profile :
- Degree in Marketing or Product Development,
- Very good command of English (both spoken and written)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- High committment and Ready to Learn

Nice to Have:
- Ideally with a first successful experience in Project management/B2B (internship in Product management / Marketing)
