Job description

What you do

  • Responsible for managing digital banking functionalities, products, and channels, including online, mobile banking and payment accounts interface;
  • Oversees the development, implementation, maintenance, and renovation of the bank's product range in the Digital Channels business line, including initiating and presenting proposals for new products and services to the relevant bodies of the Bank;
  • Ensures regular monitoring and analysis of the market and economic trends of bank’s main competitors, as well as the banking market and surrounding environment to introduce or update banking products in the electronic channels;
  • Analyzes and prepares change requests for implementing new functions or improving existing ones; Creates detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and test scenarios for each software development project; Participates in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new developments, including ongoing projects, and resolve defects in the operation of the applications;
  • Provides monitoring of the functioning of key components of the systems implemented in management; detects defects and takes an active part in their removal; For analysis and optimization, monitor statistics collection, operability, productivity, and unauthorized access;
  • Responsible for managing e-banking and electronic identification partners and suppliers оf the bank; Participates in meetings and workshops with vendors;
  • Coordinates and provides support to business departments and teams engaged in the implementation of new products and services through e-banking; Ensures continuous communication with business units about e-banking marketing campaigns and promotions.;
  • Takes part in the planning, design and execution of events and materials, such as meetings, manuals, guidelines, and procedures directly related to customer service and experience; Provides guidance and support for the electronic banking services - online and mobile banking channels and the specialized payment account access interfaces; Facilitates the training and certifying of sales personnel through electronic platforms. 

 

What you bring

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant role within a multinational environment, and business analysis experience at a banking, professional service, audit, or financial institution is an advantage;
  • Understanding of the banking digital channels and products and awareness of the financial, and regulatory framework are required;
  • Knowledge and experience with systems for organizing, documenting, and tracking the performance of tasks are needed;
  • Critical and analytical thinking and client service focus, accompanied by a problem-solving attitude;
  • Good communication skills, with a working level of English.
