Job description

Reporting Line:  Sales Operations Manager

 

Job Summary: The role supports the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization by managing day-to-day operational processes.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities and Duties

 

  • Assist with sales reporting, analytics and recurring operational deliverables
  • Support sales training and enablement efforts by coordinating materials, resources and documentation
  • Assist in Salesforce related initiatives including data integrity as well as Group driven and/or local driven projects
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
  • Support documentation and administrative tasks related to sales programs and support
  • Support the Sales Operations team with project management skills and documentation

Required Qualifications and Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in Sales Operations or business experience
  • 1-3 years of experience working in sales operations or operations coordination
  • Experience working in Salesforce a plus
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with data and reports
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Team Player
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Proficient in MS Office products

 

 

  • Looking for candidates that possess a basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and are enthusiastic about learning and integrating AI into everyday business processes.

Total compensation range:

$60,000 - $70,000

 

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary ranges are only one component of our total compensation package.
