About the role
- Successfully deliver growth strategies to enhance our participation in our partner’s long-term objectives and portfolio.
- Take a proactive and analytical approach to portfolio management, identifying revenue driving opportunities and tailored solutions that enhance client value and drive sustainable growth.
- Foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, to ensure inclusive collaboration and shared success in portfolio management initiatives.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Digital, Marketing, Product, Finance, IT, Complaints, and Claims—to co-create and deliver impactful business outcomes that align with broader organizational goals.
- Consistently understood and adhered to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks, taking responsibility to identify, report, and resolve issues—or escalate them appropriately—to support sound governance and operational effectiveness
About you
- Results driven professional, with a proven track record achieving sales targets.
- Brings experience in roles across account management, operations, projects, or change management, with a focus on sales, portfolio management or similar.
- Builds strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders through collaboration, empathy, and professional presence.
- Communicates with clarity and confidence—adapting messaging to connect with a wide range of audiences.
- As this is a newly created role, it calls for someone who is adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable leading through uncertainty with confidence and care.
