Allianz Partners is seeking an energetic and inspiring Policy Management Lead to guide our Policy Administration team. If you’re passionate about people leadership, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding service to members, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.

About the Role

As the Policy Management Lead, you’ll oversee a team dedicated to onboarding and supporting our members. You’ll drive performance, ensure quality, streamline processes, and act as the go‑to expert for all Policy Management queries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading teams to success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and support a team of Policy Administration Representatives

  • Oversee onboarding, membership queries, refunds, and key operational tasks

  • Monitor KPIs, set team targets, and drive continuous improvement

  • Build and maintain a strong quality framework aligned with global standards

  • Foster team engagement, motivation, and a customer‑first mindset

  • Manage daily workload distribution and track productivity and quality

  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, team meetings, and huddles

  • Handle escalations and complaints with professionalism and clarity

  • Support strategic initiatives and contribute SME insights to projects

  • Ensure effective succession planning and staff development

  • Oversee reporting, UAT, quality checks, and other departmental tasks

What You’ll Bring

  • Results‑driven mindset with a flexible approach

  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)

  • Diploma in Private Medical Insurance (completed or in progress)

  • Degree in Business or HR (desirable)
