What you do

Answering incoming calls from policy holders, agents, suppliers, experts, Insurance Companies, etc., to open claims as well as to process them responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

Opening case file and determine its coverage, informing the interlocutor, applying the corresponding guarantees and sending the service and monitoring it, until it is brought to the closing date with the corresponding procedures, coordinating the work, making arrangements with experts and companies , if applicable.

Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.

Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
