What you do

• Process inbox and ABS journal 
• Checking, processing and posting open invoices
• Clarifying discrepancies in received invoices with service providers 
• Sending payment advices 
• Handling service provider and customer inquiries by phone
• Checking and approving invoices from AIMS
• Administrative tasks

What you bring

• High school diploma and experience in the insurance sector or related areas is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of English and German, other foreign languages desirable 
• MS Office knowledge
• Team player with a strong focus on results
• Conscientious and independent way of working
• Numerical reasonin

For this position we offer an annual gross salary of 50.000,-€ (incl. bonus). Depending on education and work experience there is could be a salary adjustment.
