What you do
- Act as strategic partner and key contact to the respective people managers and business leaders in the assigned business areas on people tasks, processes and tools and actively foster awareness of relevant interdependencies.
- Provide HR consultancy advice and guidance on HR issues and coordinate and steer HR processes on a local level.
- Create and maintain high visibility and contact intensity as well as constructive, cooperative and trustful relationships with employees and employee representative bodies (e.g. works council).
- Identify HR related business needs, initiate and work with the HR experts on the development of solutions to deploy, implement and apply suitable processes and initiatives.
- Support, advise and facilitate the implementation of HR aspects within complex change management projects.
What you bring
- Understanding of the business that is advised as People Business Partner and engaging in customer relationship management.
- Broad knowledge of local labour legislation.
- Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Several years of work experience in at least one HR expert area, e.g. recruiting, learning and development, compensation and benefits, ideally in an international working environment.
- Knowledge of the existing (HR) process landscape and (HR) organization.
- Fluent English & German language skills (written/spoken) is a must.
- Competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact and to cooperate with a diverse internal and external audience.
- Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
