Ops Senior Performance Analyst Czech Republic

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Creates reports – regular and ad hoc
• Collaborates in designing the appearance and content of required reports and the method of their fulfillment
• Retrieves data from databases using SQL, creates SQL queries, MSTR, Cellonis, etc.
• Assists in the analysis and interpretation of data
• Collaborates in the development of reporting and control tools – seeks new approaches and solutions in working with data
• Works on local and global projects in the field of data
• Responsible for the timely delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports
• Sets and manages priorities for the data analytics team
• Motivates and develops the data analytics team

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar position
• Proven ability to handle diverse challenges and openness to exploring different areas/topics
• Preferential experience in the banking or insurance sectors
• Demonstrated capability to take responsibility for personal work and the work of others, including the results of team members reporting to you
• Excellent stakeholder management skills

Requirements:

• Fluent in English; fluency in Czech is preferential
• Ability to work in the Prague office twice a week (flexibility for special occasions such as illness)
