About the Role

Join our team to support end-to-end claim administration and deliver excellent service to our customers. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coordination, accuracy, and working in a fast-paced insurance environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Process and prepare claim documents for both member and provider payments within agreed timelines
  • Ensure billing accuracy before submitting for payment processing
  • Communicate with customers in Thai and English via official letters (e.g., claim decisions, additional requirements)
  • Coordinate with hospitals and customers to gather required claim information
  • Manage a high volume of pending claims (approx. 450–500 cases/month)
  • Handle customer requests regarding original documents
  • Support corporate and ASO clients with claim documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 2–3 years of experience in insurance, hospital, or related service industry
  • Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
  • Good communication skills in both Thai and English
  • Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot365, will be advantage.
