About the Role:
As the Regional Team Lead for Mass Hiring, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy for mass recruitment across Europe. Reporting to the Global Head of Mass Hiring, you will lead a dynamic team of recruiters, ensuring the seamless delivery of recruitment services that meet operational needs. Your collaboration with Senior Operations Leaders and HR teams will be crucial in aligning workforce planning and optimizing recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the regional implementation of global mass hiring strategies, ensuring governance and quality standards are met.
- Partnership Building: Establish strong relationships with regional Sr. Operations Leaders and HR communities, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Recruitment Strategy: Anticipate staffing needs and design innovative recruitment strategies to meet current and future demands.
- Sourcing Optimization: Develop diverse and cost-effective sourcing channels to enhance brand awareness and attract top talent.
- Team Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a dedicated team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Employer Branding: Assist in designing and executing employer branding strategies to attract candidates with the skills needed for future success.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates to regional and global management on recruitment activities and key performance indicators.
What You Bring:
- Operational Insight: good knowledge of customer care operations processes, with an understanding of workforce planning and talent identification for the specific target.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in senior recruitment roles, preferably within a call center environment, and leading recruitment teams.
- Branding Experience: Demonstrated success in developing large-scale employer branding strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in identifying skill gaps, creating learning pathways, and managing team performance.
- Adaptability: Agile and adaptable, with experience in multicultural environments and a champion of change.
- Performance Management: Skilled in managing and achieving SLA and KPI targets.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior business leaders and functional heads.
- Problem-Solving: Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate complex business demands.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and oral.
