Job description
Job Purpose / Role:
This role is based in Jakarta. You are responsible for 2nd line of defense and independent oversight of Financial Risk Management by the Allianz Utama. You are responsible to coordinate all financial risk management requirement and activities in line with local regulation and group policies ; which adequately addresses Financial Risk types, development and execution of a Risk Management Framework to identify, (quantitatively) assess, report and monitor company specific risks in an accurate and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the Risk Management Framework related to Financial Risk and related OE spesific requirements are fulfilled
- Supporting for financial risk assessment of:
- Financial risk topics, including capital adequacy
- Financial impact of non financial risks
- Supporting Non Financial Risk Team to provide analysis and recommendation with regard to Financial Risk
- Monitoring internal control and risk mitigation
- Provide quality update and reporting for:
- Periodic reports
- QRR, IRCS, TRA, and OJK report
- Ad hoc risk analysis
- Involve in implementation for:
- BoC Risk Monitoring Committee
- BoD Risk Management Committee
- Investment Committee
- Investment Committee
- ALM Working Group
- Management Meeting
- Integrated Risk Committee
Key Experience / Requirements / Skills:
Proven track record in Financial Risk Management process. Candidates with good understanding of Risk Management in General Insurance sector preferred.
Understanding of regulatory requirements of Indonesia related to Financial Risk
- Understanding for actuarial and risk modelling experience is preferred
Experience working in complex, global matrix organization.
Possess AI-related skills such as Data Analysis, Copilot, ChatGPT, or GenAI
