About the Job
As the Local Head of Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role as the infrastructure and information security (IF&IS) customer interface for our Europe 1 customers. You will be responsible for overseeing infrastructure and security services and projects, ensuring service quality, cost optimization, and managing customer escalations end-to-end. Acting as the internal IF&IS customer Single Point of Contact (SPOC), you will manage customer demands and foster strong relationships with our Operating Entities (OEs) and the respective CZ/SK Head of IT.
What you do
· Serve as the central point of contact for Infrastructure and Information Services (IF&IS) topics, managing relationships with Operating Entities (OEs) and the Head of IT CEE.
· Translate customer requirements into actionable plans for product delivery, ensuring technical feasibility.
· Facilitate issue resolution in projects and services, coordinating internal and external resources.
· Develop project scopes, including timelines and financials, and lead project teams to successful implementation.
· Complete projects with thorough documentation and handover of results.
· Ensure Infrastructure Services meet quality expectations through effective Service Level Agreement (SLA) management and continuous improvement.
· Lead a regional infrastructure team in collaboration with shared services IF&IS teams, reporting to the Regional Head of Infrastructure Europe 1.
What you bring
· Deep understanding of the current process landscape, standards, and organizational structure, coupled with a strong grasp of infrastructure and information security services and operations.
· Proven project management skills and experience in cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships.
· Background in consulting, with expertise in organizational transformation and change management.
· Ability to actively engage with customers, comprehend their strategic challenges, and deliver insightful solutions.
· Proficiency in moderation and presentation techniques, adaptable to audiences at various levels.
· Hold a relevant degree or possess equivalent professional experience that demonstrates your capability and expertise.
