What do we expect you to bring?
· Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Banking, Engineering, Statistic, Mathematics or other qualified discipline of universities,
· Solid understanding of general insurance processes,
· Hands-on experience in RPA, chatbot solutions, and test automation,
· Strong grasp of digital technologies (such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, OCR, and RPA) with the ability to apply them effectively to meet business needs,
· Proven ability to design IT solutions in response to changes in existing or new systems,
· Experience in leading teams, enhancing motivation, and developing competencies,
· Previous involvement in the management of operational teams,
· A customer-centric mindset and the ability to embed this approach within the team,
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
· Enjoys taking ownership of the business side of projects,
· Passion for process improvement and optimization,
· Proficiency in MS Office applications,
· Advanced level of English (both written and spoken),
· Willingness to work within agile methodologies,
· Currently residing in or willing to relocate to İzmir.
How can you make an impact?
· Finding solutions for the risks that remains in the capacity of the reinsurance agreement.
· Leading the transformation team responsible for post-sales services in the Life & Pension business lines,
· Acting in line with agile principles and methodologies,
· Providing guidance to the team in resolving bottlenecks and improving processes,
· Taking an active role in the monitoring and support of ongoing projects,
· Overseeing project testing processes and ensuring their successful execution,
· Identifying and analyzing root causes of system-related issues,
· Participating in meetings with global stakeholders and representing the local team,
· Taking ownership of team goals, performance tracking, and both individual and team development,
· Ensuring a strong customer orientation is maintained within the team,
· Playing an active role in promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
