LEGAL DISPUTES ADMINISTRATOR – PERSONAL INJURY – SYDNEY, NSW

The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Internal Review team to ensure that the team can meet all required legislative time frames and business targets.

 

About the role 

  • Allocating internal review disputes including identification of relevant Internal Review dispute type and correct time legislative time frames
  • Generating acknowledgement letters to various stakeholders within legislative time frames
  • Support Internal Review Specialists and Internal Review Manager with their day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Ensuring that spreadsheets and trackers are updated to reflect the status of matters that are in dispute.
  • Preparing file documents to provide to legal representatives

 

About you

  • With experience providing team administration support with strong technical skills in systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools
  • High attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately while quickly identifying and addressing errors or inconsistencies
  • Proven ability to organize tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage competing resources and demands to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at managing internal client expectations, and ensuring matters are triaged and resolved within agreed timelines and scope
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
