Key responsibilities:

 

·  You bring our brand to life in the form of moving images
·  You use classic and innovative audio-visual formats
·  Supporting in the creation of new formats and visual products
·  You find ways to communicate in a simple and compelling way
·  You will support for the entire process, from planning and execution to post-production
·  You take ownership of projects in the area of video production and post-production
·  In post-production, you will take care of video editing, create simple animations and motion graphics, and mix the soundtrack.

 

Including :

·  Video editing and processing of the material according to (company) style guides depending on the target platform
·  Grading/Color correction and audio corrections
·  Supporting for our in-house (live-)streaming studio
·  You operate all necessary equipment in our in-house live studio, incl. camera, light, audio and set-up
·  You will work with client teams ensuring project milestones are reached
·  Assist the team in analyzing customer needs, and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation
·  Material management, archiving and administration of editing projects
·  Viewing and editing of video footage
·  Supporting to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
·  Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

 

Key requirements / What we hope you bring:  

 

·  Completed education of the German job “Mediengestalter*in Bild und Ton” or comparable education
·  Min. 1 year of professional experience as a video content creator/editor or videographer
·  A degree, other training or traineeship in video/film/TV/news production or online communications
·  Strong sense of aesthetics, innovative formats, and a target group-oriented approach
·  Confident in handling the camera as well as audio and light set-ups
·  Likewise in post-production, you are familiar with the state-of-the-art tools (i.e., DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Cloud/ Premiere Pro & After Effects, Final Cut, Photoshop)
·  Knowledge of the technical setup and operation of a live stream is a plus
·  Strong organizational skills, team player and confident in communication as well as appearance
·  An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking
·  Ownership of your tasks and projects while your willingness to be coached
·  Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
·  Your fluent or native German skills as well as good command of English
·  Your previously acquired skills in MS Office 365
·  Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and project or change management tools and techniques
