Internship - Transformation program
Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA
Job description
We’re looking for a curious, driven intern to sit at the intersection of Generative AI, data analytics, and project execution. You’ll work directly within our GenAI Ambassadors — experimenting with Claude and frontier AI models, building use cases, wrangling data, and helping move projects from idea to delivery.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be prototyping prompts, analyzing outputs, building dashboards, and coordinating workstreams alongside senior team members.
What You’ll Do
- Claude & GenAI Lab
Design, test, and iterate on prompts. Explore Claude’s capabilities across use cases — summarization, reasoning, code generation, data extraction. Help document findings and best practices.
- Use Case Development
Identify internal or external problems solvable with GenAI. Build lightweight prototypes, evaluate feasibility, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Experimentation & Evaluations
Set up evaluation frameworks to benchmark AI model outputs. Run structured experiments, track results, and synthesize learnings into concise reports.
- Research & Documentation
Stay current on GenAI developments. Translate emerging tools and papers into relevant insights for the team. Maintain lab wikis and playbooks.
Requirement
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, AI Courses, Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience using LLMs / ChatGPT / Claude or similar tools
- Comfort with data - Excel, SQL, or Python
- Strong written communication and structured thinking
- Self-starter who can manage ambiguity and multiple workstreams
- Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques (Chain-of-Thought, few-shot, RAG)
Nice to Have
- Experience with the Anthropic API or OpenAI
- Exposure to project & knowledge management tools (Jira, Confluence)
What You’ll Gain
- Immersive exposure to frontier AI tools and real-world GenAI deployment challenges
- Mentorship from experienced IT practitioners
- Access to the broader GenAI community, events, and research channels
