JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of the Olympic and Paralympics Movements Program intern or working student is to support the project team to set up and manage the partnership with its full global rollout in January 2021. The key responsibility of the role is to help the global Enablement and Training workstream and the Program IT and Operations workstream. You will support designing, producing, and implementing (mainly virtual) training concepts and learning products (e.g., learning videos, expert interviews, learning nuggets, chatbots). You create reports and PowerPoint presentations, do market research, update content, and maintain our existing IT platforms. Furthermore, you engage and work with our local entities, athletes, service providers, and start community building.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Qualification:
Student in Education, Psychology, Informatics, Digital Technologies, HR Management, Media Design, Project Management, Business Administration, and any other related fields
Excellent in English, other languages (mainly German) would be a plus
Familiar with MS Office, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook + digital affinity
Experience in one of the following tools is an advantage: Jira/ Confluence, Salesforce, MS Power BI, LinkedIn Learning, Degreed, SuccessFactors
Experience & Key skills:
Project management experience is a big plus
Ability in working in a fast-changing environment with a self-starter and hands-on mentality and the ability to set priorities and take over end to end responsibility in a international & virtual environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Interest and experience in media production, e.g., video production
