JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
The GIAM (Global Identity and Access Management) factory team develops a global Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution for Allianz group, operated by AMOS. In the IAM system, all identity and organizational data will be stored and managed in a standardized format.
This enables AMOS to offer a standardized service and access to IAM data in a globally uniform environment. The global IAM solution will provide Allianz Group with the necessary processes and tools to guarantee the high security requirements.
The role of the IAM system engineer takes part in the continuous development process of the AMOS operated GIAM solution. He’s part of the GIAM factory, which uses the scrum methodology. The system engineer evaluates the requirements as given in the GIAM’s JIRA; estimates the effort needed and works on his assigned tasks during sprints. He is in close contact with the IAM operations team as well as with the IAM and security architects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of a new interface to AMOS service portal and processes for provisioning of access rights to various services
Being a part of the “GIAM factory” team in order to drive GIAM solutions (scrum), thus taking part in the development and customizing of the AMOS operated GIAM solution
Build of IAM solutions (both services and infrastructure set-ups)
Collaborating with the AMOS India IAM team
Last Level Support for the AMOS operated GIAM solution
Further responsibilities
The IAM Solution Engineer is responsible for setting up technical solutions regarding Identity and Access Management of services. He is in close alignment with the IAM architect and software developers when defining service offerings and changes and consults them from technical and operational perspective
Occasionally alignment with key stake holders and customers regarding their requirements
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
University degree in informatics or related areas or comparable education
Fluently in English (written & spoken)
Good know-how in IAM processes
Good know-how on IAM tools (preferred Dell One Identity Manager)
Skills and Competencies
Able to work effectively under pressure; organize multiple tasks and projects in an ever changing environment
Effective problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Amongst the Allianz Competencies, Driving Change & Innovation is most relevant
Desired requirements /skills /experience
At least 3 years of working in Identity and Access Management area, preferable in in software development
At least 3 years of working within large, preferable international operated IT environments
AMOS service structure know-how
