About the Job
Join our dynamic recruitment team as a Recruiter Intern, where you'll gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process for a leading global IT service provider. This position offers the opportunity to support various recruitment activities and projects, helping to attract top talent and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
What you do
· Support the screening and evaluation of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and interviewers.
· Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
· Assist in the preparation and posting of job advertisements.
· Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to represent Allianz Technology.
What you bring
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Availability for 6 months, part time (from 9:00 ot 14:00)
· Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
· Previous experience in the field is a plus.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Part time: Monday to Friday, 09am-2pm
