Job description
Your Areas of Impact:
1. Talent Acquisition & End-to-End Recruiting
• Full Cycle: Own the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions,
selecting job portals, active sourcing and screening, and conducting first
round interviews.
• Hiring: Handle all legal/contractual documentation.
• Onboarding: Manage the "Pre-boarding" phase and the structured
integration of new hire
2. Employee Lifecycle & Administration
• Daily Ops: Handle all HR administrative activities in coordination with our
centralized HR services team and maintain the central HR information.
• Documentation: Compile and update employee records (contracts,
promotion letters, work-from-abroad certificates, etc.).
• Offboarding: Lead exit interviews, manage terminations, and issue
employment references (Arbeitszeugnisse).
3. Performance, Development & Culture
• Growth: Identify training needs, organize development programs, and
manage the training catalogue.
• Performance: Take a leading role in preparing and implementing the
Employee Performance Review (EPR) and feedback processes.
• Engagement: Manage the Allianz Engagement Survey (AES), derive
actionable results, and foster culture through team initiatives.
4. Compensation, Benefits & Controlling
• Rewards: Administer the benefit portfolio and ensure employees are fully
aware of our competitive offerings.
• Compliance: Ensure the implementation of data privacy (GDPR) within the
HR context and stay up to date on labour law with support of our legal team.
Your Profile:
• Education: High School diploma (Abitur) and relevant university degree or
vocational training
• Experience: 2 or more years of working experience in related fields, e.g., as
an HR assistant, recruiter, or office administrator with a strong HR focus.
• Mindset: Proactive problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a
flexible approach to adapting to changing priorities.
• Independence: Ability to work independently with a high degree of selforganization,
initiative, and team spirit.
• Confidentiality: Comfortable handling strictly confidential information with the
utmost discretion.
• Tech Stack: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
experience in SAP R/3 or the Allianz HR ecosystem is a plus.
• Languages: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and
German.
