Job description

Entity: Allianz Insurance Singapore

 

Talent Acquisition

·  Perform the end to end of recruitment lifecycle. Identify and screen potential candidates based on requirements.
·  Engage with potential candidates on professional networks such as Financials, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing techniques such as working with recruitment firms, campus recruitment, etc
·  Work alongside with HR Business Partner or business in identifying the right candidate based on the business needs and candidate alignment
·  Liaise with global mobility teams within Allianz to actively source for candidates
·  Support in the identification and setup of alternate recruitment technologies and channels
·  Setup & report on recruitment metrics including cost to hire, time to hire, effectiveness and cost efficiency of different recruitment channels
·  Actively contribute on employer branding especially for campus recruitment & recruitment fairs

 

Reporting

·  Actively report on HR metrics to Board of management & HRBPs as part of governance
·  Actively collaborate on reporting with HRBPs on the Human resource key topics such as strategic workforce planning, Learning & development, Talent management metrics
·  Act as SPoC for HR Systems
·  Perform data analysis and translate data into meaningful insights for stakeholders to drive action plan and support decision making

 

Process Improvement

·  Identify and share potential improvements in processes and policies. Share solutions on improving current state
·  Participate in adhoc HR projects for development and to improve business processes.
·  Partner and work collaboratively with HR Business Partners to improve employees’ overall experience

 

Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
·  Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
·  Well versed with Microsoft Office Applications (hands on experience in Excel skill)
·  Familiar with the Employment Act
·  Strong work ethics and trust. Ability to maintain confidentiality
·  Good communication and interpersonal skills
·  Meticulous and Detail oriented
·  Experience data visualization and presentation
·  Entrepreneurial with an open to learning & curious attitude
