As Senior Head of Delivery Excellence you will ensure the delivery of best-in-class insurance and assistance operations, enhancing operational efficiency and business performance amidst rapid technological advancements and increasing imperative to enhance productivity and efficiency. You will report directly to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.

What You Will Do :

·  Lead outstanding Service Delivery: Drive delivery excellence initiatives across insurance and assistance operations, ensuring seamless integration and execution. These entail next level outcome-based models, superior handling of comprehensive end-to-end services or set up of agile flying squad and Business Transition Team. 
·  Innovate and Expand Client Footprint: Cultivate growth by developing cutting-edge solutions and transforming processes. Collaborate with clients, executive leaders, and key stakeholders locally and globally across Allianz to expand services delivered and OE collaborations.
·  Operational Excellence and continuous improvement: Guarantee exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Utilize strong decision-making skills to assess and implement continuous process improvements.  Cultivate High-Performance Culture: Foster a culture of high performance by promoting cross-team collaboration, leading by example, and driving continuous upskilling. 
·  Embrace Technological Advancements: Lead the adoption of new technologies and upgrade team capabilities to ensure future-readiness and sustained competitive advantage. Create a supportive environment that encourages teams to further embrace change, new technologies and innovative working methods, providing continuous feedback and guidance.
·  Mentor and Guide: Offer mentorship and guidance to help teams navigate challenges during the transformation journey.
