What You Do

- Implements approved EH Group RIC strategy and action plans
- Steers and coordinates RCC Risk Underwriting activity:
 * monitors decisions and services delivered to customers
 * assigns specific operational objectives to teams
 * designs guidelines to contribute to EH Risk policy
 * participates in budget preparation according to received instructions
- Engages as leader in high level and critical meetings
- Participates to local and regional events involving policy holders, prospects and financial partners 
- Active support to MMCD:
 * Aligns with BU heads of Risk Underwriting/RICC directors to steer customers loss ratio and proposes actions to ensure/restore profitability of portfolio
 - Represents RCC Risk Underwriting department in workshops and projects involving other core functions
- Ensures proper training process in place for the team
- Contributes to Regional/Group RICC projects
- Ensures harmonization of processes across transferred activities 
- Makes sure defined KPIs are met
- Reviews team members performance and follow the year cycle of performance management;  updating PDP plans in SF; Reward modules responsabilities
- Reviews Talents within teams, proposes nominations and prepares succession plans for direct suborniates
