Your challenge
The Head of Office will be placed in our Milan office and supports the MMEA Commercial Director in defining, coordinating and executing the commercial and strategic agenda in collaboration with the key stakeholders. The role contributes to ensures alignment between regional entities, business units, and Group functions in order to support in achievement main commercial target.
You will be primarily responsible for the following activities:
Strategic Support
- Act as a strategic partner to the Commercial Director, supporting decision-making through analysis, insights and recommendations in collaboration with the main commercial functions
- Prepare materials for Executive Committees, business reviews and strategic discussions and elaborate ad hoc analysys
- Supporting in managing and delivering Key strategic initiatives in collaboration with functions involved
Coordination & Governance
- Coordinate selected activities across regions and business units, ensuring alignment with Group strategy
- Facilitate communication between central teams and regional stakeholders
- Collaborate to Promote sharing of best practices and harmonization of processes and reporting
Performance Management
- Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources linked to specific projects or initiatives
- Support reporting routines and track progress against operating plans
Execution & Projects
- Coordinate and support cross-functional and strategic initiatives (e.g., product development, underwriting optimization, digitalization)
- Ensure timely execution of initiatives and achievement of goals
- Support in executing transformation programs and operational improvements
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key interface between regional teams, business units and Group functions (Risk, Finance, Distribution, etc)
- Support resolution of portfolio issues and facilitate alignment across stakeholders
Market & Business Insight
- Supporting in Analyzing market trends, competitive dynamics and client needs
- Support identification of growth opportunities and development initiatives
You are the ideal candidate if...
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large data sets and projects
- Good knowledge of commercial portfolios and credit insurance business
- Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels; strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- Ability to produce high-quality presentations and documents
- Fluent English
- At least 3 years of experience in credit insurance
- Project management capabilities and ability to handle complexity
