Job description
This internship provides a broad exposure to various aspects of our organization, allowing you to gain valuable experience and develop skills across multiple functions. You will assist with a range of tasks, from data collection and analysis to project and administrative support. What you do:
- Data collection and analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze data to support various projects and initiatives across different departments.
- Administrative support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing documents.
- Project coordination: Support team members in tracking project timelines, updating project documentation, and coordinating tasks with relevant stakeholders.
- Presentation preparation and Excel data management: Help create and refine PowerPoint presentations to support updates, reports, and meetings, and use Excel for data entry, analysis, and creating basic reports to support different functions.
- Assist in communication: Help draft emails, prepare reports, and communicate updates to various team members and departments.
What you bring:
- Educational background: Currently enrolled or a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data management and PowerPoint for presentation development. Additional familiarity with other office tools is a plus, as well as basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle a variety of tasks and adjust to new challenges as they arise, with a flexible and open-minded approach.
- Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proactive attitude: A motivated self-starter who is eager to learn, contribute, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Communication skills: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well within a team and collaborate across departments. Fluent in English and ideally German.
- Availability: You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or—in a working student position—part-time (16-20 h/week).
