The Impact You Will Have
The Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner will leverage a deep understanding of organizational goals and departmental needs to design and implement innovative sourcing strategies that attract top talent and align with the future skills required for success. By proactively identifying exceptional candidates through varied and forward-thinking channels, they will ensure the organization remains competitive in a dynamic talent market.
Beyond addressing immediate hiring needs, they will focus on building long-term talent pipelines and fostering strong talent communities to support sustainable growth. Acting as a trusted partner, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate closely with senior leaders and hiring managers, offering strategic insights and tailored solutions to align talent acquisition efforts with broader business priorities.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of departmental goals and objectives, designing tailored sourcing strategies to attract top talent and leading the end-to-end recruitment process
- Take an active role in attracting, sourcing, and assessing high-quality candidates who align with organizational goals, while contributing to strategic projects aimed at enhancing the employer brand, improving recruitment efficiencies, and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
- Proactively source exceptional talent and explore innovative sourcing channels to ensure the organization is attracting skills for the future
- Create robust talent pipelines and establish talent communities to support current and future hiring needs
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with top management, hiring managers, and the wider team, adopting a consultative and partnership-driven approach to ensure alignment with business priorities and talent acquisition strategies
- Champion recruitment initiatives, with a passion for identifying and attracting candidates from heteregenous backgrounds
- Actively participate in and lead talent acquisition projects designed to enhance the team’s capabilities, such as improving onboarding processes, strengthening employer branding, and fostering an inclusive and supportive working environment where employees feel a sense of belonging
- Oversee data entry and maintenance in the SAP-based eRecruiting/Talent Management system and ensure accurate reporting by maintaining up-to-date information on requisitions, their status, and key recruitment metrics
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Bachelors Degree or strong experience in a Recruiting/TA related global role
- Experience in Insurance/Financial Services would be useful
- Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including strategic sourcing, interviewing, and selection across various levels and functions
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to partner with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in implementing inclusive hiring practices to promote organizational variety
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), talent management tools, and recruitment analytics, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Experience leading or contributing to recruitment-related projects, such as employer branding, process improvements, or global/regional initiatives
- A solid understanding of data analysis, automation, and AI tools is required, with an awareness of ethical AI usage
- Ability to work in a team with experience in mentoring and developing junior professionals
- Strong conceptual and strategic capabilities, combined with flexibility, creativity, and innovation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken), any other language would be a plus
