Job role

 In this position you will play a key role in the development of the non-financial reporting process for the Allianz Group, focusing on operationally steering the environmental reporting cycles across Allianz Group related to the analysis of the data collected for environmental reporting at Group level.

What you will do

·  Ensure implementation and consistency with relevant frameworks such as the GHG Standard Protocol, CSRD throughout the reporting process
·  Support the implementation of the Allianz environmental reporting requirements
·  Prepare and monitor the data collection process to ensure accurate reporting and transparency
·  Support internal and external audits related to environmental reporting
·  Analyse environmental performance data and KPIs supporting Allianz sustainability strategy
·  Exchange and provide guidance to stakeholders worldwide throughout the year, and more intensively during reporting periods

·  Cross-cultural experience (ability to operate within a global team environment /work within global virtual teams)
·  Strong coordination and communication abilities
·   Willingness to learn fast from team members and to walk the extra mile with the team
·  Hands-on working mentality, with analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as moderation and presentation skills 

You have

·   At least 3-5 years of work experience, on sustainability, environmental management or similar is a plus 
·  University Bachelor or Master's Degree in Sustainability / environmental management related fields 
·  Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English 
·  Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, especially collaboration tools, Excel and PowerPoint 
·  Experience in preparing analysis reports
·  Experience and knowledge in carbon footprint calculation methodology
·  General understanding of sustainability in the context of a complex international environment
·  Knowledge of EACs/RECs mechanisms
·  Knowledge of operations processes (procurement, real estate, energy management, corporate fleet etc.) is a plus.
