What you do

 

风险治理：

协助维护和完善公司风险管理体系、风险偏好体系、风险文化建设。牵头量化风险相关的风险管理制度建设。

 

偿付能力与资本管理：

协助风险管理部负责人牵头偿二代及欧II（或简化经济资本）体系的资本管理，统筹季度计量、预测、压力测试的方法论和流程，包括必要的资产和负债相关资本模型计量，实施变动分析，拟定和推动资本优化的方案。

 

资产负债管理相关风险：

负责牵头对SAA进行审阅并从风险收益匹配角度提出完善方案，对收益匹配、久期匹配、流动性匹配相关风险状况进行监测并提出优化的方案建议，牵头或支持流动性相关指标的计量、分析和监测。

 

其他量化风险管理：

协助风险管理部负责人在投资风险、保险风险等领域的其他工作，从资本效率、资本回报以及资产负债错配风险等角度，组织相关方讨论、推动和跟踪优化的方案。

 

支持风险管理部负责人准备风险管理委员会或其他管理层、董事会委员会会议的材料。

 

其他风险管理部负责人交办的风险管理相关工作。

What you bring

 

本科以上学历，金融、经济、会计、保险、精算等相关专业为佳。

正/准精算师资质的优先考虑；

5年以上相关工作经验，且至少3年以上保险行业精算、资本管理、资产负债管理、量化风险管理等相关工作经验。

具有精算工作经验的优先考虑；

熟悉寿险行业、寿险公司业务运作、人身险产品和资金运用、风险管理体系及风险控制，熟悉偿二代资本计量体系、欧II或经济资本并有一定的投资风险管理或产品风险评估背景为佳；

良好的中英文读写及沟通能力。
